Pharmacy Stock is an international online pharmacy platform that connects customers with licensed overseas pharmacy partners, fulfilment providers and delivery networks. We serve customers in multiple countries, with a primary focus on Australia and New Zealand.

Orders are fulfilled from overseas. This international pharmacy partner model is central to our service: it allows customers to browse a broader range of medicine options, compare prices, place orders online and receive support through a structured delivery process.

By using this website, browsing product listings, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.


1. Eligibility and Personal Use

By using Pharmacy Stock, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are using the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You will not resell, distribute or supply products purchased through the website to other people.
  • The information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

4. Import Rules and Customer Responsibilities

Because orders are shipped from overseas, import rules may apply.

Australian Customers

Australian customers are responsible for ensuring that any personal medicine import is consistent with Australian requirements, including the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Personal Importation Scheme where applicable.

This may include quantity limits, personal-use requirements, prescription requirements for prescription-only medicines, and restrictions on controlled substances or prohibited goods.

New Zealand Customers

New Zealand customers are responsible for ensuring that any imported medicine complies with New Zealand requirements, including Medsafe and New Zealand Customs rules.

Prescription medicines may require a reasonable excuse, such as documentation from a New Zealand authorised prescriber. Quantity limits and controlled drug restrictions may also apply.

Customers in Other Countries

Customers outside Australia and New Zealand are responsible for checking local import, customs, prescription and medicine regulations before ordering.

By placing an order, you confirm that the order is for lawful personal use and that you accept responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, import checks, delays, refusals or documentation requirements in your destination country.


5. Account and Order Information

You must provide accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information.

Incorrect or incomplete details may cause:

  • Delayed dispatch.
  • Returned parcels.
  • Delivery failure.
  • Support delays.
  • Inability to process refunds or reshipments.

7. Payment Processing

Pharmacy Stock does not store full credit card numbers, card security codes or online banking credentials on its servers.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By completing checkout, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the selected payment provider.

We may receive limited payment records, such as:

8. Bonus Card and Rewards Program

Pharmacy Stock may offer a bonus card or rewards program for eligible returning customers.

After a first completed order, customers may receive a bonus card that can be used to collect bonuses for future purchases.

Bonus card levels may include:

  • Silver
  • Gold
  • VIP

Eligible paid orders may earn bonuses as follows:

  • Silver: 5% of the eligible order amount.
  • Gold: 7% of the eligible order amount.
  • VIP: 10% of the eligible order amount.

Card status may be upgraded based on order activity:

  • Gold status after 5 orders per year.
  • VIP status after 7 orders per year.

Bonuses can be used by entering the bonus card number on the payment page.

Bonuses are not credited when discount coupons are used. Bonus credits are not cash, are not transferable, and may be subject to account verification and fraud checks.

Pharmacy Stock may update, suspend or withdraw the rewards program where required for operational, security or abuse-prevention reasons.


9. Shipping and Delivery

Pharmacy Stock offers delivery through international pharmacy partners and logistics providers.

Available delivery methods may include:

  • Regular Delivery: A lower-cost option. Delivery may take a few weeks, and online tracking may not be available.
  • Express Delivery: A faster option. Delivery usually takes a few days, and online tracking is generally available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Destination country.
  • Courier or postal service delays.
  • Customs processing.
  • Public holidays.
  • Religious holidays.
  • Weather disruption.
  • Address errors.
  • Import documentation requirements.
  • Peak shipping periods.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation, payment clearance and processing. Orders placed over weekends are generally dispatched on the next business day.

Parcels are packed and labelled discreetly where possible to protect customer privacy.

If an Express Delivery order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, or a Regular Delivery order has not arrived within 3 weeks after dispatch, contact support with your order reference so the team can review the shipment.


10. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order, provided the order has not already entered dispatch processing.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched or transferred to a pharmacy partner or courier, cancellation may no longer be available.

If you need to cancel, contact support immediately with your order reference number and checkout email address.


11. Returns, Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

Pharmacy Stock provides a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your package arrives.

If there is an issue with your order, contact customer service within 30 days of delivery and provide your order reference, delivery details and a clear description of the problem.

Refunds, replacements or other remedies may be reviewed for issues such as:

  • Non-delivery.
  • Incorrect item supplied.
  • Damaged package.
  • Expired product.
  • Material mismatch between the listing and supplied product.

Opened medicine packages cannot be accepted for return due to legal, safety and hygiene restrictions.

Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for medicines or health products once dispatched.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.


12. Lost, Delayed or Intercepted Parcels

If a parcel is delayed, lost or affected by customs or delivery processing, contact support before opening a bank dispute or chargeback.

Support may review available tracking, delivery records and order history to determine whether a refund, reshipment or other solution is appropriate.

Customs delays, inspections or requests for documentation are not always within our control. Customers remain responsible for complying with destination-country import requirements.


13. Customer Support

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Where a refund is approved for an order, the maximum refund is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
